This rate includes the entire home and the use of all amenities. The months November, December, January and February will be priced $8,500. The cleaning fee of $400 is for the end of your stay. If you would like cleaning weekly or bi-weekly, the price will be $300 for a turn down service.

Available for stays of a month or longer, the home comes with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a powder room. It is CHBO Complete and boasts an impressive 3,084 square feet of space for you and your family or colleagues.

This furnished housing is high-end and luxurious with a variety of custom finishes and décor. The upscale home is ideal for a business trip, getaway, staycation, vacation rental, or a cozy retreat. The location is incredible and situates you near Honey Bee Canyon Park, The Views Golf Course, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.

While staying at this private and luxurious corporate desert retreat, you’ll have the space all to yourself. The entire home and backyard are private and you have access to every inch. With several bedrooms, there’s room for 16 people in beds and guests can also utilize other spaces if needed for rest. All bedrooms are spacious and include walk-in closets for convenience.

In the room with two bunk beds, your group will have outdoor access to a balcony. Head outside with a cup of coffee, work from home, or sip some tea while hanging out on the patio near the pool and all the special water features. If you prefer to hang out inside the home, there’s a front room with a television, comfortable couch, and other seating.

Moving into the kitchen of the furnished housing, you can expect it to be stocked to meet all your needs. All you need to do is add the groceries. This room, as well as the rest of the home, is newly remodeled and custom designed and decorated to ensure the best stay you could have. Everything from a large garage and a fenced-in backyard is included.

When it comes to safety, this home is equipped in that way, as well. It comes with an alarm system, as well as carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. You’ll also have the use of a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Between the luxury surroundings and great location, this home is sure to be one you remember.
