Option B) 2-3 month rental rate $5000 per month. Tenants pay utilities from invoice to Owner's utility account.

Option C) 4 or more month rental Rate $4500 per month. Tenants to move utility accounts to their names and pay invoices to utilities directly. Property Manager is available to advise or assist in the transfer of the utilities if needed.

Bedroom 3 Guest Room - King Bed
Bedroom 4 Guest Room - Full Bed
Bedroom 5 - Enormous Third Floor suite with Queen size bed in separate bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Bath and Laundry.

Other rooms and spaces include:
-Main Kitchen - brand new architect-designed custom kitchen.
-Dining Room - Comfortably seats 12.

-Media Room with Half Bath (Cable/Google Fiber can be connected upon required minimum rental)
-Pantry & Wet Bar

-Large back deck and patio featuring two fish ponds.

All Spaces are Furnished. Renters may bring additional furnishings with them provided care is taken not to damage newly painted walls and recently refinished floors during moving. A significant amount of storage space may be available in the basement for occupancy agreements longer than 4 months though two locked rooms in the basement are reserved for the owner and are off limits to occupants and guests.
Towels and Linens available for use. Dinnerware, Pots, Pans, Flatware and Cutlery available for use.
Housekeeping service available for a separate fee of $150 per visit.

The neighborhood is artsy, inclusive. The neighborhood association is very active and and hosts frequent neighborhood events and gatherings. The owner is a long time resident of the neighborhood and very active in the neighborhood association. The owner and many homeowners in the neighborhood are members of the LGBT Community and hope that any occupants of the home will be comfortable with and tolerant of that and other forms of diversity.

the Off-Site Property Manager lives close to the property and is available as his schedule permits but he is not available for 24 hour on-call service. A list of emergency contacts for Boiler/Air Conditioning repair, Electrical, Plumbing, and Security System will be made available.

As with nearly all historic homes the property was built and specified prior to modern child safety standards and is not child safe. For this reason no children allowed under the rental. China and crystal in the pantry are off limits to tenant use. Other rules and regulations may apply.

Due to past experiences and devastating damage done by previous visitors the house is not available for parties. Neighbors reporting parties held in the house will result in immediate termination of rental without refund of deposit.

Exception to the 1 month minimum and to party limitation: Property is available for fund raising events, wedding receptions and corporate events with an additional $3,000 event deposit, additional $500 event cleaning fee and provided owner's property manager is available to be present on-site during the entire setup and duration of the event.
