This property is licenced by the city of Kansas City as a short term rental. We are superhosts on the Airbnb platform for 3 years running. We have especially enjoyed our corporate clients, so moving to this platform was a natural decision for us. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am daily. No smoking or vaping inside the house. If you have a furry friend, we do have a dog kennel and dog bowls that we can place in the laundry room for you. Please no cats or other animals without our prior consent. Other things to note:
We have a king sized bed in both bedrooms, and a full-sized fold out sofa bed.
Our home is spacious, but we may only accommodate 6 people at a time. Our cleaning service will come in every two weeks.

Description

Welcome to your home away from home! Our clean, comfortable, 2 bedroom duplex is conveniently located near I-435, I-470, I-49 and 71-hwy. This gives you easy access anywhere in the city!

We are about 10-20 minutes from the Plaza, the Stadiums, and other KC hotspots. It's about 30 minutes to downtown, and about 50 minutes from the KCI Airport.

The space:
We have a fully equipped kitchen for our guests who like to cook while they are on the road. I also have information about where to shop locally if you have food sensitivities. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST, but do provide tea and coffee at no extra charge.

There is a deck on the back with built in seating and a grill. We provide the propane. After a long day of work come home and relax in the shade.

We enjoy urban gardening and will talk your head off about it, even give you a tour of our garden, just let us know before hanging out in the backyard. Dogs can do their business in the front yard. You can walk up the street to Walrond Ave for a nice walk with your pup. Currently there is no garage access for guests, but there is room for 2 cars to park in the driveway.
